- An about 65 mm mass is seen in the medial third of the spleen showing inhomogeneous arterial phase enhancement, becoming isointense to the adjacent normal parenchyma in the venous phase.
- About 10 mm lesion in segment II of the liver demonstrating vivid arterial phase enhancement and no washout, suggestive of fast filling hemangioma.
- Other: hepatomegaly, steatosis, splenules, subtle amount of free fluid in the pelvis.
