6 mm right sided intermedullary nodule at the cervicomedullary junction.
Irregular nodular enhancement along the full length of the dura and along the cauda equina in keeping with a 'Zuckerguss' appearance.
Three enhancing nodules in the nerve roots of the cauda equina the largest measuring 5 mm.
Posterior fossa cerebral metastases.
Case Discussion
A breast cancer patient with extensive spinal metastatic disease.
Metastases are observed in the medulla of the cord, dura and drop metastases on the cauda equina.
