Oedema and swelling of the medial patellar retinaculum, reflecting ligamentous strain.
Moderate knee effusion is noted.
Mild subcutaneous oedema and prepatellar bursitis noted.
Hoffa fat pad and anterior suprapatellar fat pad oedema.
