CT - Trauma
What would be the ideal management for this isolated finding in a trauma setting?
In the context of blunt trauma and the absence of other injuries, the right adrenal gland haemorrhage should be followed-up to assure no pre-existing underlying adrenal mass.
Enlarged right adrenal gland with a mixed attenuation and surrounding fat stranding likely due to adrenal haemorrhage.
Right clavicle fracture.
No other traumatic injuries.
