Presentation

History of surgery for hepatic cysts few years ago.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Lobulated cystic lesion centered on segments IVa/II composed of small contiguous cysts with internal septations. Mass effect on the left hepatic duct.
Surgical modifications to the liver (past history of right posterior sectionectomy) with foci of calcifications.
Numerous contiguous cysts with internal septations in the posterior right subhepatic space with mass effect on the renal cortex without invasion.
Intraperitoneal left paravesical septated cyst.
Septated pararectal cysts, with mass effect on the rectum and the right seminal vesicle.
