The superior mesenteric vein is anterior to the superior mesenteric artery. There is an absent colon on the right side of the abdomen. The ileocaecal junction is on the left side of the umbilical region. The appendix shows normal diameter and compressibility.
There was left vesicoureteric junction calculus ( 5 mm ) with mild hydroureter (images not uploaded).
