There is a displaced fracture of the posterior acetabular wall. The displaced fragment measures 4.5 cm in length with a fracture gap of 7 mm. Small bony fragments are seen within the posterior aspect of the joint space.
No other associated pelvic fracture. The iliopectineal/ilioischial lines are preserved as well as the femoral head.
Case Discussion
CT features of an isolated posterior acetabular wall fracture according to the Judet-Letournel classification of acetabular fractures, with small bony fragments within the posterior joint space.
