Chronic headache, nasal discharge; Presents with frontal swelling and pus discharge.

Age: 40 years

Frontal sinusitis is seen with bony remodeling/sclerosis, and cortical defect in frontal bone with an communicating sinus to the skin surface, suggesting osteomyelitic changes secondary to sinusitis.
