Presentation
Admitted with grossly swollen, bruised penis after intercourse 12 hours ago. Flaccid penis, no erection, no pain however grossly bruised and swollen (aubergine penis). Urgent MRI pelvis to check for dehiscence of tunica albuginea.

6 mm defect in the tunica albuginea with a fracture of the left corpus cavernosum. Associated adjacent 3.4 cm hematoma on the ventral aspect of the left side of the penis.
This lies approximately at the mid penile level, 6 cm from the glans.
Case Discussion
The tunica albuginea is a hypointense band on all sequences and when torn a breach evidence in this band is seen as in this case. Typically an adjacent hematoma is evident at the site of trauma.
