Asplenism, cardiac abnormalities (usually more severe than in left isomerism), malrotation, trilobed lungs.
a radiodense calculus is present within the distal CBD and there is intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct dilatation. Multiple gall bladder calculi.

polysplenism

nonrotation of the bowel
