Extensive parosteal and periarticular soft tissue ossification are seen around both hips, more on the left side with ankylosis, and across both knee joints with ankylosis on the right side.
Similar changes are also seen around the left femoral shaft with deformity.
Findings are suggesting Myositis ossificans progressiva.
