Post-contrast CT scan reveals large wide-necked pseudoaneurysm involving the cervical part of the right internal carotid artery, caused by a bullet that settled adjacent to the transverse process of the C1 vertebra. The pseudoaneurysm is partially thrombosed and exerts long-standing mass effect manifesting as thinning of the adjacent part of the C1 cervical vertebra.
