Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Non-specific bowel gas pattern.

There is a large cystic lesion, closely related to the ascending colon, cecum, and appendix, which all appear to be displaced anteriorly by the cyst's mass effect. There is no soft tissue component to the cyst, the wall of which is enhancing and no appreciable septation. No fat stranding in the adjacent mesentery.
