Right flank pain and bulging.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

A 62×58mm thick-walled hetero-enhancing cyst-like lesion is noted superolateral to the right kidney and causing marked mass effect on adjacent renal parenchyma. Mild local invasion into adjacent liver parenchyma is suspected.
