Mature cystic ovarian teratoma

The gallbladder is not seen at anatomical location due to prior resection.
Fat containing paraumbilical hernia is present.
A 108×85 mm well-defined mass with fat fluid level, a central Rokitansky nodule and a few coarse calcified foci are noted at midline pelvis anterior to the uterus and seems originated from the left ovary.
Mild degenerative changes as osteophytes are seen at the lumbar spine.
