Chest x-ray demonstrates a large left sided paraspinal mass.

MRI confirms the presence of a large mass which extends into the spinal canal and causes significant cord compression.
Case Discussion
This patient went on to have a biopsy which confirmed the diagnosis of neuroblastoma.
