Sport injury.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Female

There is a spiral fracture of the distal tibia with a fracture line extending to the growth plate. The underlying bone shows an expansile eccentric multiloculated cortical lucent lesion with peripheral sclerotic rim, involving the lateral aspect of the tibia, in keeping with a non-ossifying fibroma.
