Fracture distal phalanx of great toe

- On AP view, there is a lucent line at the base of distal phalanx of great toe, reaching the articular surface.
- On oblique view, a lucent line is also seen with cortical step at dorsal aspect of distal phalanx of great toe confirming fracture.
