Presentation

Abdominal pain and mass.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

A 64×43mm well-defined partially exophytic mass with lobulated margin is noted at greater curvature of stomach. No surrounding fat stranding and no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures are seen. No regional lymphadenopathy.
