A space-occupying lesion (32×20×20mm in diameters) was seen above corpus callosum, accompanied with considerably vasogenic edema at left cerebral hemisphere. After IV contrast media, the mass shows intense and homogenous enhancement. Dural tail sign was noted in falx cerebri.
