Presentation

Patient with diabetes mellitus and systemic lupus erythematosus, foot pain

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Flattening and minimal subchondral sclerosis of the second metatarsal head, consistent with Freiberg disease.

There is an intra-medullary sclerotic lesion at the distal tibia and navicular bone indicating bone infarctions.
