A large porencephalic cavity in right fronto-parieto-temporal lobes communicating with right lateral ventricle. No significant midline shift is noted. No significant hydrocephalus.

A porencephaly is typically covered by white matter as in the current case, while a schizencephaly is covered by grey matter.
