Meningioma

A well defined, extra-axial lesion in the left frontoparietal region with iso-signal intensity comparing to gray matter in T1 weighted images and in T2 weighted images.
Post-contrast avid enhancement is noted and evident dural tail sign.
CSF fluid noted surrounding the lesion, a CSF cleft sign.
Peripheral mild edema is noted.
Case Discussion
The features are compatible with a benign lesion, almost certainly a convexity meningioma.
