There is a large avidly enhancing mass lesion in the right cervical region occupying right parotid gland.
No bony erosion. No any malignant behavior.
Left parotid unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Features are of a benign vascular lesion, most suggestive of a parotid infantile hemangioma. Such lesions resolve spontaneously or with medical therapy.
