Case Discussion

Testicular microlithiasis is the deposition of multiple tiny calcifications in the testes.

The diagnosis is made if more than five calcifications are detected. In the majority of cases, both testes are involved.

The European Society of Urogenital Radiology (ESUR) advises annual ultrasound follow-up until age of 55 years.
