Findings was changed:

Anomalous origin of the left main coronary artery from the non-coronary sinus seen coursing in a retro-aortic region. It is of average size and adequately enhanced and ends by trifurcation intoleft anterior descending, left circumflex, and ramus intermedius arteries.

NormalThe right coronary artery origin fromarises slightly high, around the sinotubular junction overlying the right coronary sinus, however it anomalously directing shortly to the left in an acute angle being in between the aorta and pulmonary artery before directing again to the right side inhas a normal course.bit of a turn somewhat like a 'shepherd's crook"

The green arrow points to normal origin however the short anomalous interarterial course of the proximal right coronary artery origin
