Irregular hetero-enhancing masses are seen at right breast causing skin thickening.
Smudging of the fat planes is seen surrounding the superior mesenteric vessels and their branches within the root of the small bowel mesentery, accompanied by several prominent mesenteric lymph- nodes.
The hepatic attenuation value is less than of the spleen, suggesting fatty liver disease.
The right kidney is relatively smaller than the left kidney with anteriorly rotated hilum.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
