Presentation

Abdominal pain and distention.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
ct

Colon is diffusely distended and a 55×45mm enhancing polypoid mass is noted at mid rectum. No local invasion and no regional lymphadenopathy are identified. A little amount free fluid is present at abdominopelvic spaces.
