- Three falcine hyperenhancing extra-axial masses (largest diameters 35, 25, and 8 mm) showing moderate diffusion restriction. The one adjacent to the vertex shows susceptibility artifacts on SWI indicating calcification and invading the adjacent segment of the superior sagittal sinus well-visualised on post contrast coronal sequence.
- Other: bilateral fluid buildup in the mastoid air cells, mucosal thickening of the left maxillary sinus, frontal hyperostosis.
