There is a well-defined fat equivalent signal lesion involving the right pituitary lobe with anterolateral extension causing mild pressure effect with downward deviation of carotid artery cavernosal segment and left-sided deviation of the pituitary stalk.
The mass shows a signal loss on fat supression sequences compatible with sella turcica lipoma.
No bone erosion.
Case Discussion
Regarding the imaging finding, sella turcica lipoma is the most likely diagnosis. Teratoma and dermoid cyst also are the other possible differential diagnoses.
