Radiographic feature of a post-axial polydactyly type A according to Temtamy and McKusick classification.

Post-axial polydactyly refers to polydactyly where the additional digit is lateral to the 5th (little) toe.
Post-axial polydactyly is more common than preaxial polydactyly.
Post-axial polydactyly can be associated with trisomy 13Bardet-Biedl syndromeMeckel Gruber syndromeMcKusick-Kaufman syndrome and some other abnormalities.
