There is T12 height loss and anterior wedging with evidence of fracture/destruction of its anterior column.

There is T12 height loss and anterior wedging with evidence of bone destruction of its anterior column and a soft tissue component. 

Spine

There is T12 vertebral body height loss associated with abnormal marrow signal (low T1 and patchy elevated T2 signal) and breach of the anterior column of the vertebra.

Bone scan reveals that this is a single lesion confined only to the T12 vertebral body.
