Loss of consciousness.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Brain

Triangular configuration cyst pointing anteriorly on axial view, without calcification or solid components measuring around 3 x 2.5 cm in maximal anteroposterior and mediolateral dimensions indicating a cavum veli interpositi.

Normal brainstem and cerebellar signal.

No recent infarcts or hemorrhage could be seen.
