Choledocholithiasis

Intra and extrahepatic bile ducts are dilated and CBD measured 17mm in caliber. Several low signal filling defects are present in CBD less than 15mm inferring stone.
Several simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys.
The gallbladder is not seen at the anatomical location due to prior resection.
