Well defined hypodense lesions seen at segment VII of the right liver lobe, showed nodular peripheral enhancement at the Porto venous phase, and complete centripetal fill in at the delay images

Case Discussion

Hepatic hemangioma usually appears hypodense on the non contrast images, with peripheral nodular enhancement post contrast administration, with complete centripetal fill in at the delay images ( appear isodense to the liver).
