Presentation

Chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female
ct

A 34×35mm defect is present at left hemidiaphragm just adjacent to esophageal hiatus. Large portion of distal stomach as well as proximal of duodenum are herniated through it. Proximal portion of stomach is evident in sub diaphragm. NO obstruction. 
Mild adjacent parenchymal collapse is visible at left lower lobe and lingula segments. A few band like fibrotic opacities also are scattered at right lung field.
