Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Bilateral tubal occlusion and intravasation of contrast medium in the uterine wall and pelvis is seen.

The uterine cavity is normal.

Case Discussion

This patient had several episodes of pelvic inflammatory disease, which is the most probable cause of tubal adhesions leading to tubal blockage and infertility.
