Presentation

Patient complaints of dry cough, headache and body pain since 2 weeks, History of weight loss+ (9 to 10 kgs) since 3 months

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Bilateral prominent bronchovascular markings.
Bilateral hilar prominence.
Bilateral apical zones show reticulonodular opacities.
Left upper and middle lung zones show cavitary lesions - ? active TB.
Normal heart size.
Free costophrenic angles.
