MRI study shows a well-defined lobulated soft tissue mass lesion at the palmar aspect of the index finger at the level of proximal interphalangeal joint inseparable from the flexor tendon, which appears isointense to muscles on T1 and T2 weighted images moderate enhancement on the post-contrast study.
