A 30 × 28 mm cystic lesion with thick enhancing internal septations is seen at pancreas body.
Degenerative changes as osteophytes are seen at the lumbar spine.
Grade I spondylolisthesis of L5 on S1 is present with bilateral spondylolysis.

Pancreatic cystic lesion - pathologically proven serous cystadenoma, also referred to as microcystic adenoma, which is an uncommon type of benign cystic pancreatic neoplasm.
