No evidence of aortic dissection.
Aneurysmal dilatation of the ascending aorta is noted from the level of the aortic sinus to the aortic arch.
Aortic diameters are as below:
- level of the aortic annulus: 5.6 cm in AP diameter.
- level of the aortic sinus: 7.2 cm in AP diameter.
- level of the sinotubular junction: 8.8 cm in AP diameter.
- mid ascending aorta: 9.3 cm in AP diameter.
- high ascending aorta (before the arch): 4 cm.
- aortic arch: 3 cm
- descending aorta: 3.2 cm.
The rest of the mediastinal great vessels are unremarkable.
