There is a small lobulated mass (2 x 1.6 x 1.2 cm) of the left parotid gland of low signal on T1, high signal on T2 with a peripheral hypointense capsule and no restricted diffusion. The TIC (time signal intensity curve) shows a progressive and gradual enhancement within the tumour giving the appearance of a TIC type A according to Yabuuchi et al classification (blue curve).
Normal appearance of the right parotid gland.
No cervical lymphadenopathy.
