Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

The patient is complaining of shortness of breath and cough, fever 39 degrees for 4 days, no history of sore throat, no history of recent travel or contact with confirmed covid-19.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Bilateral broncho-vascular markings with bilateral patchy opacities are seen, more clearly on the right side in keeping with bronchopneumonia.

Mild mediastinum widening. The heart shadow mildly increased may be due to no full inspiration.

Control chest X-ray is typically recommended after true antibiotics treatment.
