Extra-articular basal fracture of the 5th metatarsal characteristic for Jones fracture. Incidentally an accessory os peroneum can be observed.

Jones fractures are basal extra-articular fractures of the 5th metatarsal. They are usually caused by the forced adduction of the forefoot.
