Cough.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female

Right breast prosthesis.

Heart size normal. Lungs clear.  Normal mediastinal contours.

Case Discussion

Always have your wits about you.  It is very common to be blind to a large amount of the patient's prior clinical history including surgery and malignancy.

Bilateral prostheses for cosmetic purposes are often observed, but less frequently are unilateral prostheses for malignancy so well illustrated.
