There is a lobulated soft tissue mass (11 x 7 x 5 cm) centred on the uterine cervix, invading the upper 2/3 of vagina and parametrium. It displays an isosignal to the myometrium on T1, slight high signal on T2 with a heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences with restricted diffusion. The tumour invades the posterior wall of the urinary bladder well-visualised on T2 and postcontrast sequences. Posteriorly, there is an extension to the mesorectal fascia and perirectal fat with a small left pararectal lymphadenopathy and indistinct limits with the anterior wall of the rectum. Bilateral pelvic lymphadenopathies are noted.
No para-aortic lymphadenopathy or distant metastases on CT (not shown).
