Moderate right knee genu valgus with severe lateral compartment and moderate patellofemoral compartmental osteoarthritis. Small suprapatellar joint effusion.
Mild left knee genu varus with severe medial, mild lateral and mild patellofemoral compartmental osteoarthritis. No joint effusion.

Windswept knees refer to the appearance of a bilateral knee deformity where one knee is in valgus and the other is in varus as if the wind is pushing the patient's knees from one side.
