Presentation

New-onset pelvic pain. A known case of thyroid carcinoma underwent total thyroidectomy 6 months ago.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Lobulated expansile enhancing necrotic mass lesion with water restriction centered in the left iliac bone that crosses the sacroiliac joint and involvement of S1 vertebra.

Pressure effect with displacement and secondary invasion of the mass to the left iliacus and gluteus muscles.

Another small similar enhancing skip osseous lesion along with left acetabulum posterior wall.
