Presentation

Abdominal pain, fever, diarrhea

Patient Data

Gender: Female
ct

Diffuse colonic wall thickening, submucosal edema, mucosal hyperemia, serosal enhancement, and minor surrounding stranding. Diverticulosis. Small ascites. Benign cyst right hepatic lobe. 

Case Discussion

Pancolitis in a pattern typical for infection, particularly given the clinical presentation supporting acute, infectious presentation.
