Well-defined isoechoic lesion at 2 o'clock position in left breast measuring 12 x 25 mm, showing minimal internal vascularity on color doppler, which is likely a lactating adenoma, in this patient with history of lactation. Other possible differentials include fibroadenoma and breast hamartoma.
Case Discussion
Procedure: Ultrasound-guided Tru-cut biopsy of left breast nodule.
Diagnosis: Benign fibroepithelial lesion with lactating activity, consistent with lactating adenoma.
